I hereby freely, voluntarily and in my own interest give my consent to Limited Liability Company “AITI TEKHNOLODJI” (Primary State Registration Number (OGRN): 1137746393927; Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 7703789180; Tax Registration Reason Code (KPP): 774301001; address: 2 Narvskaya Street, Building 33, Koptevo Municipal District, Moscow 125130, Russian Federation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) to process my personal data provided when completing the form for the purpose of arranging international delivery of goods, as well as personal data received by the Operator from the marketplace in connection with the fulfilment of my order.

Purposes of processing: arranging and supporting the international delivery of goods; identification of the recipient; customs clearance; informing me of the order fulfilment status; compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation; handling requests and protecting the Operator’s rights and legitimate interests in the event of claims or disputes.

Categories of personal data: surname, first name and patronymic (if any); date of birth; gender; citizenship; telephone number; email address; delivery address and residential address (registration address), where requested in the form; TIN or an equivalent foreign taxpayer identification number (if available); information contained in an identity document, including the document type, series (if applicable) and number, date of issue, and the name of the issuing authority; a scanned copy of an identity document; for foreign nationals, a scanned copy of a document confirming lawful stay in the Russian Federation; and order information necessary for its fulfilment.

The Operator may collect, record, systematise, accumulate, store, update (amend), retrieve, use, transfer (provide and grant access to), block, delete and destroy personal data using automated means, without the use of automated means, or by mixed processing methods.

I consent to the transfer of my personal data, to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of my order, to the foreign seller specified in the relevant order, as well as to carriers, freight forwarders, logistics operators, customs representatives, courier services and public authorities, in the cases and in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

I acknowledge and consent to the cross-border transfer of my personal data to the foreign seller and other foreign persons involved in international transportation, customs clearance and delivery of goods, solely to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of my order. Information on the categories of recipients of personal data is set out in the Operator’s Privacy Policy.

This consent remains effective until the order has been fulfilled and the expiry of the applicable statutory data-retention periods or the periods necessary for the resolution of potential claims and disputes.

This consent may be withdrawn by sending a request to the Operator’s email address: hello@it-technology.su, or by post to the Operator’s address. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its receipt by the Operator and does not prevent the processing of personal data where such processing is permitted without consent under the legislation of the Russian Federation.
